Returns & Exchange Policy

At Pinky Promise, we always want you to love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry!
Our goal is to make returns and exchanges simple, fair, and stress-free 

 Returns

You can return any non-personalized item within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Custom or printed items (like t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, or phone cases made especially for you) cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing issue or mix-up from our side.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, as they cover the courier service.
However, if the error was from us, we’ll happily cover the return shipping and make it right 

Exchanges

You can exchange any non-personalized item within 3 days of receiving your order, under the same conditions as above.

For clothing items, please make sure to check our size chart before ordering.
Since printed clothing is made especially for you, we unfortunately can’t exchange sizes once the item is printed.
Don’t worry , we’ve added a clear size chart on every product page to help you find your perfect fit 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Simply message us on Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please share your order number and a short note about what you’d like to return or exchange, and our team will guide you through the process 

 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
If you’re exchanging an item, a new delivery fee may apply for the replacement shipment.
If there was a mistake or damage from our side, we’ll cover the cost completely 

 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order was prepaid, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days 

 Out of Stock Items

In the rare case that an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund within 24 hours.
