Returns

You can return any non-personalized item within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as it is:

• Unused and in its original packaging.
• In the same condition as when received.
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Custom or printed items (such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, or phone cases made especially for you) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing issue or an error on our part.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, as they cover the courier service. However, if the error was on our side, we’ll happily cover the return shipping and make it right.
